SubSentry ("the App") is built by Justin Bundrick. This policy explains how your information is handled when you use SubSentry.
Account information: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive your name and email address solely to create your account. If you use Sign in with Apple's email relay, we only see the relay address.
Subscription data: The subscriptions you add — names, amounts, dates, categories — are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to your other devices.
Email import (optional): If you use the AI email import feature, you paste or forward subscription-related emails into the app. The text is processed to extract subscription details. We do not store, read, or retain the email content after parsing.
All subscription data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy and encryption standards. We do not operate external servers that store your data.
Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
SubSentry is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app and disabling iCloud sync. To request account deletion, contact us at the email below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
